The Fever Parlor — Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $29+ (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping).

  • Orders under $29: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

  • Gift cards, taxes, and shipping charges do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During launches or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates (not guaranteed)

  • Standard: usually 3–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 5–10 business days for AK/HI.

  • Weekends and federal holidays are not counted by carriers in transit estimates.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers & Service

We ship with leading U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). The service shown at checkout is selected based on your address and cart. We may upgrade your service at no extra cost when possible.

Discreet Packaging

We use plain outer packaging without product images or explicit item descriptions so your order arrives discreetly.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the product price minus original shipping once the parcel is received back in good condition.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact the carrier first to start a claim and then email us with your order number and photos. We’ll help where we can, but resolution and timing depend on the carrier’s investigation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Shipping Scope & Limitations

  • We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states and D.C.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Some services may not deliver to P.O. Boxes; if a P.O. Box is entered, we may adjust the service to USPS where available or contact you for a street address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We’re happy to cancel an order before it ships (see our Return & Refund Policy for details). Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, contents, or shipping method.
