These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of The Fever Parlor (“TFP,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1) Who may use this site

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your state). We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

2) Your account

Provide accurate info and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for notifying us of any unauthorized use.

3) Orders, pricing, availability

Placing an order is an offer; we may accept or cancel for reasons including suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues. We try to display accurate prices, details, and colors, but errors happen and colors vary by screen. If we cancel, we’ll refund any affected amount.

4) Shipping, returns, cancellations

Shipping timelines and all returns/cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (incorporated here). Many intimate items are final sale for hygiene reasons; damaged/incorrect items must be reported within the stated window with photos.

5) Acceptable use

Don’t break the law, infringe rights, scrape or attack the site, send spam, impersonate others, or try to bypass security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) Your content (reviews, photos, tags)

If you post a review, upload photos, or tag us on social (“User Content”), you grant TFP a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use and share it for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm you have the rights and your content doesn’t violate laws or others’ rights.

7) Intellectual property

Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, video, code) is owned by or licensed to TFP. Other than personal, non-commercial shopping use, you may not copy or reuse content without our written permission. To report copyright concerns, email info@thefeverparlor.com.

8) Third-party services

We may link to or use third-party services (e.g., payment processors). Their terms/policies apply; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

9) No medical or fit guarantees

Our products are fashion goods. We don’t provide medical advice. Fit and comfort vary by person—please check size guides and care instructions and try on over undergarments.

10) Disclaimers & liability limits

THE SITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TFP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE ITEM AT ISSUE IN THE PRIOR 6 MONTHS. Some states don’t allow certain limits; your rights may vary.

We may update these Terms by posting a new date. Your continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by California law, and disputes (where allowed) will be heard in Los Angeles County, California.
