The Fever Parlor — Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
1) Order Cancellations

Before shipment: You may cancel for a full refund.

After an order has shipped: Cancellation isn’t available.
2) Final-Sale / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the items below are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Lingerie/briefs, bodysuits, intimate sets, adhesive bras and nipple covers, hosiery/fishnets, opened accessories or care products.

Mystery Boxes: once opened or if the packaging is damaged, they are not returnable. (Unopened boxes may be considered within 7 days of delivery—see below.)
This does not limit your rights under applicable law for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (We’ll make it right)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement, a missing-item shipment, or a refund after review.
Please include: (1) order number, (2) photos/videos of the box and inner packaging, (3) clear photos/videos of the issue.
4) How to Start a Claim
Email info@thefeverparlor.com with the subject “Order #XXXX — Return/Issue.”
We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without written authorization (RMA); unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
5) Costs, Refund Method & Timing

For approved quality issues (Section 3), we may cover reasonable return/replacement shipping at our discretion.

For any other approved returns (rare exceptions only), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Product sales tax will be refunded when a refund is issued.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Timing depends on your provider (typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect any return).
6) Shipping Issues (U.S. Only)

Wrong address, refused, or undeliverable packages: We can reship (shipping fee applies). If you prefer a refund, we’ll deduct actual shipping and related costs.

Orders placed with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled and refunded.
7) Product Condition & Care
Please try on over undergarments only. We can’t accept items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, scented, or otherwise not in resaleable condition. Always follow the care label.
